Andhra Pradesh : Online Mineral Permit System, ITE & C Department

The main overview of the Project is for Requesting Mineral Permits, Approval Processing by Department officials, Mineral Annual Fee Payments, Amount TOP Up and generating Transit forms by concerned Lessees at their Lease area locations. By using this system Lessee can able to pay the Income Tax directly from Lessee account to the IT Department.

GOI : ARPAN- Advanced Railway Pension Access Network, Accounts Department-Western Railway, Indian Railways

ARPAN (Advanced Railway Pension Access Network) is an E-Governance initiative of Ministry of Railways to enhance efficiency and transparency in pension payments. The centralized system provides for complete automation of the pension sanction process with provision of E-PPO, first such initiative in India wherein the data required by the banks for disbursement of pension is transmitted with digital signatures and encryption, directly to the server of the bank.

GOI : Central Processing Cell (TDS), Income Tax Department

Centralized Processing Cell for TDS (CPC-TDS) has been conceptualized to undertake end-to-end processing of TDS Statements through a Rule based Technology enabled system, leading to uniform results and faster turn-around-time, ensuring seamless flow of data for tax credits. CPC-TDS introduces transparency in the processes through online display of information and provides an integrated platform for tax deductors, taxpayers and the officers of the Department. Thus, it forms the backbone of overall TDS administration in the country.

GOI : MyGov – A platform for Citizen Engagement towards Better Governance, Department of Electronics & Information Technology

The core idea behind MyGov is to bring the government closer to citizens through creating an ICT interface for constructive exchange and collaborative contribution of ideas and views on policy formulation and program implementation issues between citizens and experts. MyGov is a unique initiative, the largest crowd sourcing platform, which integrates technology and administrative procedures into a dynamic framework for participatory governance.

Gujarat : eGujCop, Home Department

eGujCop is an end-to-end solution for the Home Department and its law enforcement agencies. It provides an integrated system spanning the areas of detection, investigation and prevention of crime, a centralized crime and criminal repository and reports which enable tactical to strategic decision making.

Gujarat : Gatishil Gujarat, General Administration Department

The Government of Gujarat launched Gatishil Gujarat campaign as a focused and concentrated, outcome oriented developmental project for beneficiary oriented schemes. It caters for time-bound campaigns which pose challenges to the coordinating departments.

Gujarat : SATHI – An Enterprise wide HRMS solution, Dept. of Science & Technology

SATHI is acronym for System of Application of Technology for Human Resources Improvement and is used to automate HRMS related services coupled with strong change management program. It is a large HR Transformation Program to redefine the Personnel and Administrative Processes empowering the State's Employees.

Himachal Pradesh : HIMKOSH - Integrated Financial Management System, Dept. of Finance

HimKosh ensures a “Single source of truth”, for providing a seamless interface with internal stakeholders and an efficient mechanism of electronic information sharing with external stakeholders of the Finance Department. The initiative has helped in improving the functioning in the fields of plan, budget, revenue, expenditure and accounting.

Haryana : e-Poll Monitoring System and Use of Information Technology, Industrial Training Department

This project demonstrates how the use of computers, biometric thumb impression machine, bar code reader, SMS gateway service etc can simplify the election process considerably The project further depicts that use of biometric and touch screen monitor can help do away with large security arrangement and use of election manpower for polling.

Jharkhand : Automation of Fair Price Shops under TPDS through Aadhaar enabled PoS device based on biometric authentication, Department of Food, Public Distribution & Consumer Affairs

The motivation behind the implementation of automation of FPS is to solve the problems such as Proxy issuances. Overcharging, FPS declaring ‘no stock’ etc. As a part of the program, the department is implementing Aadhaar enabled PDS.

Karnataka : Mobile One, Centre for e-Governance

Mobile One has the unique distinction of being certified as India's first and the world's largest multi-mode mobile governance platform with over 4,000 services. It is a unified mobile platform for delivery of citizens' services, both from the government and the private sector through an open platform, which can accept any service and is thus future-proof.

Kerala : Aadhaar Enabled Citizen Services (AECS), Kerala State IT Mission

Aadhaar enrolment covers 96 % of the population of Kerala. For Aadhaar enablement of citizen services, KSITM has set up State Resident Data Hub (SRDH), a Common Database of resident records with Aadhaar numbers and KYR information (demographic details) and have initiated user authentication service.

Kerala : eABACUS, Kerala Water Authority

eABACUS is the Enterprise Work flow based Billing Accounting and Collection Utility System for Kerala Water Authority. Its scope is vast and covers full cycle of life time consumer management and comprised of 67 Main Modules 70 + reports which are constructed using more than 600 + class files as building blocks.

Kerala : e-Office for Govt. of Kerala, IT Department

e-Office project in Kerala envisions modernising government offices and getting rid of manual paper file processing and replacing it with a digital workflow system. It comprises various modules like File Management System (eFile), Knowledge Management System (KMS), and Collaboration and Messaging Services (CAMS).

Kerala : Project Information And Cost Estimation (PRICE), Public Works Department

Project Information and Cost Estimation (PRICE) is a total solution for estimate preparation and online approval. It is successfully used in PWD (Building) and is being planned to be implemented in other departments like Irrigation, Harbour Engineering etc. It has also been recommended for NREGA estimates in Kerala by the Ministry of Rural Development, GOI.

Madhya Pradesh : Shrama Sewa, Department of Labour

The project is focused on replacing manual system of registration of workers and shops etc. with online system in order to ensure hassle-free service delivery to citizens and for benefit disbursement under various schemes.

Meghalaya : Meghalaya - Central Pension Payment & Self Verification System (Biometric), Finance Department

In the manual pension payment procedure, the pensioners had to submit a monthly pension form duly signed to the Treasuries/Sub Treasuries every month, Pension Automated System aims to automate and consolidate all the pensioner's monthly payment into a single bill.

Telangana : National Food Security Cards, Consumer Affairs, Food & Civil Supplies Department

NFSC is an online software application that helps the Civil Supplies Department in allocating Essential Commodities to FP shops, seed the FSC database with Aadhaars of the beneficiaries so as to eliminate bogus / dead / migrated / duplicate cards / units or ineligible persons and carry out mutations received from MeeSeva.

Uttarakhand : Automation in Commercial Tax Department, Commercial Tax Department

The CTD automation project was started in 2010 as a Mission Mode Project under National e-Governance Program of GOI. As on date almost all the functions of the department have been automated. The citizen centric web based e-services which are successfully implemented include e-Registration, e-Payment, e-Filing etc.

West Bengal : eAbgari, Excise Department

“eAbgari” is an I.T.-enabled platform that would make it easier for liquor retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers to transact business with the department, while, at the same time, provide the departmental authorities an effective and efficient mechanism to regulate the manufacture and distribution of liquor through licit channels and also monitor the enforcement activities carried out by the Department against the menace of illicit liquor.

West Bengal : Kanyashree Online 2.0, Dept of Women Development & Social Welfare

Kanyashree’s implementation is a model of good governance. The Scheme is implemented by the Department of Women Development and Social Welfare and Child Development in convergence with 13 government departments, the banking sector, National Informatics Centre, West Bengal, UNICEF, NGOs and the private sector. It aims to address the key concerns relating child marriage and retention in school of female adolsescent population.

Andhra Pradesh : Aadhaar enabled PDS through ePOS – AP, Collectorate, Krishna District

This is an end-to-end solution with integrated Aadhaar enabled PDS system (AePDS) addressing all the processes right from lifting of stock from FCI to Aadhaar based distribution to beneficiaries through Fair Price Shops (FPS).

Bihar :Mobile based State Asset Register, Information Technology Department

This project has been conceived to establish mobile framework to strengthen asset management, project management and other related functions for improved planning & execution mechanism. Building projects, road projects, plantations, nursery, health facilities, electricity network etc benefit from this solution.

GOI :e-Governance in RCI, Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO)

Timely execution of the various research projects, proof of technology, transfer of proven technologies to the industrial partners, and timely delivery of the systems are major concerns for RCI. Before implementation of these projects most of the processes at RCI were manual and some were running on individual legacy systems. This project has helped propel the RCI towards its "Digital DRDO" goal.

GOI :ReALCRaft - Registration and Licensing of Fishing Crafts, National Informatics Center for Ministry of Agriculture

Real Craft (Registration and Licensing of Fishing Crafts) is a workflow-based online application system operating in 164 locations with 5000 trained officials working in nine states and four union-territories. Real Craft improves coastal security, fishermen security, and ensures benefits such as kerosene and petrol subsidy etc are properly utilised.

Haryana :Integrated Financial Management System, Finance Department

The goal of the IFMS is to provide both tangible and intangible benefits that will not only improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial discipline and control processes managed by DOF, but also integrate the Financial Management System with the Human Resources Management components to streamline the related business operations throughout the State Government.

Jammu & Kashmir : JKPULSE - Android Based Project Monitoring tool to Monitor the progress of Government Schemes, Information Technology Department

JKPULSE Project Monitoring Tool started as Initiative in Border Area Development Program, Planning and Development Department, It is now being adopted as State Mission Mode Project for many other departments. It helps officials who are inspecting a developmental project to capture and report the progress on real time basis.

Jharkhand :Jharkhand VAT IT Project, Commercial Tax Department

The project involves implementation of VAT Application Software, Web Portal, and setup of IT Infrastructure at Production and Disaster Recovery Sites (Near DR and Far DR) and building of CTD Network (Intranet) System across the State with parallel failover support provided by JHARNET (SWAN).

Kerala :e-District Project, Kerala State IT Mission

Kerala State IT Mission has completed the rollout across all the districts in the State within stipulated timelines set by the Government of Kerala. The first e-District public portal in the country integrated with e-payment gateway, Mobile gateway, Aadhaar, etc. was also launched to enable the citizens to apply for services online, without visiting Akshaya centers.

Rajasthan :Mobile Monitoring System, Jalore, Revenue Administration Department

Collector office, Jalore has implemented this project to help in Inspection of MGNREGA, TSC Toilets, IAY Awas, ABSK & Backward Region Grant Fund works using latest technology and user friendly m-governance tools.

Uttarakhand :Social Security State Portal, Social Welfare Department

Social Security State Portal of Uttarakhand successfully implements transparent workflow, web-based process automation, and instant information dissemination of Government’s Social Welfare Schemes and e-payments of monetary benefits to the state’s needy citizens.

West Bengal :Integrated Financial Management System, Finance Department

IFMS is a web-based application implemented by the Government of West Bengal with the goal to ensure better fiscal management and efficient financial operations of the government. The system integrates financial activities of all the Departments, Offices, Directorates, District and Field Offices, Treasuries/ Pay & Accounts Offices (PAO), Local Bodies / Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) and Drawing & Disbursing Officers (DDOs).

SUGAM is an android base Mobile App which provides a one stop interface to citizens to get information about status of application, file and scheme pertaining to collector office (district administration).

Himachal Pradesh: HIMBHOOMI - Integrated Land Records Computerization Revenue Department

The HimBhoomi-Integrated Land Records computerisation project is an integrated solution for the Record of Rights, Registration of Deeds, Cadastral Maps, Lease Deeds and ultimately delivery of computerized Jamabandi, genealogical tree etc at Panchayat level through Citizen Service Centres.

Karnataka : e-SWATHU - A Property Management System for Panchayats Rural Development & Panchayat Raj Department

e-SWATHU is aimed at managing property records of villages for Rural Development and Panchayat Raj department. All stakeholders are enabled with web access to the property records for viewing and verification purpose. Electronic integration with registration department and survey department has helped in bringing orderliness in property record management and avoids illegal transactions.

Maharashtra : Computerized Desk Audit, Department of Sales Tax

The objective of CDA project is too provide facility for dealers to close their audit issues themselves by complying online without visiting sales tax offices. The department generates Audit reports for selected dealers highlighting their tax liability against 11 audit parameters. The Dealers can see & comply with the audit parameters directly on web-site.

Telangana : Hawk Eye, Hyderabad City Police Department

Hyderabad City Police Department has envisioned Citizen Services Delivery through Mobile Technology which in turn resulted into an end product called “Hawk Eye”. The unique feature of Hawk Eye is integrating the Police communication network system for prompt response to citizens. It also serves as a tool in improving the operational efficiency of the Police and in enhancing collaboration between Public and Police, specially for establishing a Safe and Smart Hyderabad City.

Uttarakhand : e-District National Informatics Centre Department

e-District Uttarakhand is used to enable the automation of workflow and internal processes of District Administration with seamless integration of various departments like Revenue, Employment, Social Welfare, Panchayati Raj & Urban Development etc.

The National Marine Geo-scientific Data Centre (NMGDC), NCAOR, Goa :
This data centre caters to the voluminous data (more than 30,000 line km multi-parametric data) housed in the Marine Geophysical Database (MGDB). One reason contributed towards the sustenance of this project is - that first and foremost joint realization among the sponsors to disseminate such a resource to gain wider audience is crucial for the overall development of nation's scientific pool.

MPOnline Ltd, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh :

A joint venture company adopting the BOOT model with no upfront financial burden on the State. Reaching the citizens across Madhya Pradesh through CSCs and Mobile Apps, anytime anywhere by providing 24/7 services. Since 2010 this project has improved substantially and currently delivering more than 450 services of over 50 various departments and Universities of Madhya Pradesh.

CHOiCE, Govt. of Chhattisgarh :
The factors led to the sustainability are - increase in its accessibility and rolled out successfully in entire State. Support Manpower, Capacity Building, intensive and multiple rounds of training to Government users and CHOiCE agents, improvement in technical aspects viz., Server upgrades, Database migration and upgrades and application upgrades. New services such as - Food registration, small business, hawker stall, application for cancellation, food and trade license, shops & established registrations, pension services, RTI/Pubic grievance services etc. started which, helped in increase of revenue of Government and CHOiCE agents.

Integrated Finance and Forest Work Management System, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh :

This integrates Budget Receipts, Allocation, Expenditure, Revenue, Works, GIS satellite imagery to view the actual progress of work. Automation of financial accounting, work–flow system to enforce accountability on all the users of the system is now became easy to track - Undistributed budget lying with BCOs, DDOs, Unutilized budget with DDOs/Sub DDOs and Voucher pending etc are other features.
